This is a multi-function bolt gauge to help measure the diameter of nuts and bolts in both metric and imperial measurements. The handheld gauge is to help you measure the overall length of the bolts and the length of fasteners. It will tell you if the nut is course or fine thread on the Imperial Measurements. One thing it does not give on Metric nuts. It is easy to read gauge to help you know what size the bolts, nuts and the length.

Have not used this enough yet to decide how accurate it is. The quality was a little rough on the edges, some slivers of plastic hanging etc. Seems like a good product though. More accurate than my eyeball and faster than using a caliper for quick checks.

average & usefulI have had this gauge a couple of weeksmetal bolt gauges more practical, but metal gauges are more expensive & not as easy to findwith plastic, have to be more carefulcan’t use to quickly clean threads like you can with metal gaugesI have had my metal gauges since 1973 … but need a spare I could leave at alternate job site
