I cut some 2″ x 4″ x 14 GA steel tube for some window frames, and it did a very good job at first, but it became more difficult to complete each cut as I progressed.

I have not used this blade for long so I can not speak on how long it will last but it cuts metal at a perfect angle without cupping or pitching out like abrasion blades on chop saws. I use it on a Rage compound miter saw and have cut some different angles that are precise and clean. No trueing of angle with grinder necessary like with other blades. I wish I would had purchased this blade sooner.

I had bought this blade last year when I bought the Evolution saw. It was advertised that it could make 750 cuts in 2 inch square tubing before getting dull. I’m betting I didn’t make 50 cuts and the blade was worn out. I just replaced it with the same one but can’t help but wonder if the one for stainless would last longer just cutting steel. It’s $100 so I haven’t bought it yet.
