Amazing! Used for crosscuts on 3/8″ flat steel and worked well. Used for 1/4″ 6×6 steel beam, had to make 2 cuts because of the size, but was able to cut straight and 45 degree angles. Was able to complete several cuts with blade provided 100+ feet of cutting.Very Pleased with the saw!

problem #1 – the cover keeps closing to hard and often times need to hold it while cutting otherwise it gets stuck in the metal.problem #2 – you can’t see the line where you’re cutting. it’s covered by the machine and for smaller objects is super hard to know where you cutting and cut straight.other than that – best metal cutting machine I have ever held in my hands.

I am building a 2400 square foot barn out of cold rolled steel and was going through blades on my skill saw as fast as I could buy them. This saw runs at half the rpm and doesn’t even heat the metal! Right tool for the right job. Highly recommend this saw.

I don’t normally write reviews, but since I couldn’t find anyone else’s on this product I figured I’d help the next guy out. I own a business fabricating stainless steel, mostly dealing with 1/8″ (11 gauge) material. I bought this to possibly use for long straight cuts on sheet metal as something to get me by until I can afford a big shear. First thing’s first… pulling the new saw out of the box. It is HUGE! Very well constructed and heavy duty. I also bought the yellow stainless cutting blade. I cut a piece of 11 gauge stainless and this saw does what they say it does. It cut through it nice and easy, didn’t leave much of a burr, and to my surprise… the cut metal was NOT hot to the touch. The laser sight was very helpful as well. I haven’t tried it on anything very thick, so I cannot comment on that. Will it stand the test of time? I’ll have to get back to you in a few years on that, but the warranty is nice.
