This saw is rock solid with a true running blade and precision clamping system. After two transmission failures I put my previous (very red) slow cut saw in the trash and purchased the Evolution. It cuts mild steel tubes and rolled shapes effortlessly. It as a very safe blade guard and included a spare set of motor brushes. The clamping system has sharp graduations and the onboard allen wrench lets you totally lock it in position. The machine is quiet enough to use in a home workshop and appears to be durable enough for commercial use. And it is more than fairly priced.

Wish I had bought this saw sooner. There is no comparison between this saw and the old abrasive saws. Night and day difference between my dewalt and this evolution saw. Cuts ten times faster and more accurately. Cuts are cool to touch. No more hot sparks flying all over the shop. I would ask “ why haven’t you order your’s yet??”

Found this at a local weld supply shop and they had nothing but praise for it. I found it cheaper through Best Buy. I’ve used it quite a bit since it was delivered. It is a grade A saw. I was skeptical about the Evolution brand but this saw has not failed to impress.

This is more than I expected not only did I get this at a great price but it also get the job done with ease. Cut through metal like a like a power miter saw through wood. Maybe more saw then I needed but I’m not going to complain just enjoy. I highly recommend this if your have a need for one.
