beautiful looking pans with stainless surface and heavy bottoms. The only drawback was rough edges on the handles. They appeared to have been cut out and never sanded smooth. I filed the edges with a nail file to smooth them. The old pan I got rid of which no longer had a teflon surface which was a cheaper version of teflon coated aluminum had rounded handles that were very smooth.
