I needed a wok to fry vegetables and meat with good flavor. This wok does this job very well and also we have to maintain it well by applying oil otherwise it can rust as it is made of cast iron.The handle is made of steel but it does not get too hot.Very good quality but needs to be maintained with good seasoning.
