I haven’t actually used it yet, but I opened up the package and inspected it. It appears of good quality. Handles, cover, spatula, and rack for $20….great buy. I bought it purely because of the cover, for stacking convenience in the fridge. Got one for Mom too.

I am on my way to making Jamaican wedding cake which I’m going to cut in slices as wedding favors, it is the perfect size both tins will be used as I am going to need 200 slices, those girls will be going in the oven about 7 times. After that they will be making Jamaican jerk Pork, yes they are fully employed. this review is too complicated

I really love this pan. I found this ExcelSteel 4-Piece All-in-one Stainless Steel Roaster and Lasagna Pan after a lot of searching. I wanted to replace my deepest ceramic pan that I had chipped. It is VERY difficult to find a pan this size with the additional depth I wanted. The interior measurements of this pan in inches are 13 and 3/4 long x 9 and 7/8 wide x 3.75 deep. I no longer have to worry about lasagna and cobblers, etc., bubbling over and making a mess in the oven. I thought that the lid would snap on, but it does not. I will get use from it, as it fits and is a great lift off cover for outdoor use (it does overlap the whole edge), although it just sits on top of the pan. This will also be a great pan to transport food in for pot lucks. The stainless steel is durable and will should outlast my older, more shallow ceramic baking pans. This pan, filled with food was quite heavy and I would not use the handles only to lift the pan. They seem sturdy and might be okay, but I would not want to chance it. The Home Depot has a great price on this and I am thinking of buying a second one of these, as I sometimes like to double a recipe for the freezer. It would also be nice to have a second one available to use, while one is in use in the refrigerator.

Great lasagna pan, held every layer my wife threw at it and did not overflow.

It’s perfect we use it to cook a roast on the grill.
