I love the water, but dread having to call for replacement filters. I have a non standard configuration because of the presence of Chloramine in my water. It seems like every time i order replacement filters it sends your parts group into a tailspin. I several replacement filters in my house I can never use including one for a whole house filter. I just wish you would make the Chloramine configuration replacements a bit easier to order.Mike
