So, I have this installed about 2 weeks now, so far so good. It took me about 1hr and some Sharkbite parts to get it setup. The hardest part was to go from 1in to 3/4in pipe but after everything went smooth. No leaks but I had water sprayed all over the place when I pressed the button, should have been warned in the docs. Also, I had to tighten the filters with the wrench. The water seems good, no rings in the toilet yet. I think another reviewer said the same thing.

Huge difference in water. 90 percent of water spots gone and water tastes great. This was the anti scale model and we can see a big improvement in the quality of the water. Installation may prove difficult for a novice. So I would give this installation a medium in difficulty. BE SURE to follow directions and wrap inlet and outlet 20 times with plumbers tape. I had no leaks like some of the other people that left reviews. I love the unit and would highly recommend this product.

So far Express Water 3 stage Anit-Scale Water Filter system has been a good fit for our family. We are on municipal water and up until we bought this system, we have a 1 stag particulate filter system…it helped -though I was surprise how yellow it would be in 2-3 months- but we still had a ton of scaling problems on our fauscets…so I step it up with this 3 stage anti-scaling unit. My neighbors have those units that cost $$$$$ and take up half of there garage but I just needed a system that help produce safe calcium free and clean drinking water.

I contacted Culligan and Kinetico to solve my water stain issue. Bot tested the water and said they did not have a product that would solve my issue. After much research I found that the Phosphate filter was the best choice. I purchased the whole house system . After installation I had a problem with one of the filters. Contacted Express water and had another one in two days. Water is great and no more stains .

I’ve been very happy with the willingness to help by the staff. as needed to have the flow reversed. I do wish that they would post mounting hole measurements on their site ( under specs) so that I could have everything ready when the unit arrives. I know..I’m being that person, but now I have to sit and wait for it to get here to set up the mounting board, when I could have had it done. What else is there to do when stuck at home thanks to the virus. can’t wait to see it on the step!
