This product is ok. It fits right and has the right keys where they are supposed to be. However, the black keys don’t allow the backlit keyboard to shine through making it hard to see the letters at night. I guess there is no way around that so this is a no go for me. The cover also makes it harder to type. I got a different cover now, completely clear and it’s thinner. It works better for typing.

I bought the macpro notebook for my daughter who is in an arts program in university in Mexico City. Had to have the spanish keyboard so I bought this cover. Excellent quality and you would probably never know it was actually not a part of the computer. And the bonus is the keyboard cover protects against spills.
