The cover was shipped by EZQuest in a bubble pack envelope and had been flexed in shipping to the point it would not lie flat. It had a permanent crinkle in it since it is a somewhat flexible rigid plastic and not a cloth-like silicone as advertised on EZQuest’s website. It seemed like EZQuest had just put packing material in the package rather than the actual keyboard cover. It does not have an opening for the lightning connector on the Magic Keyboard. It is not useable and I do not want a replacement. A total disappointment. B&H has offered a full refund. Good customer service is the reason I shop at B&H.
