Connect a variety of devices to your MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with the 13-Port Ultimate USB Type-C Multimedia Hub Adapter from EZQuest, which is designed to give you access to all the connectivity that many laptops lack. It connects to your host system using an integrated 6.25″ cable with two male Thunderbolt 3 connectors and provides one Thunderbolt 3 port, one USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, two HDMI ports, one VGA port, a Gigabit Ethernet port, a 3.5mm audio/mic combo jack, an SDHC card reader, and a microSDHC card reader.
Charge and connect multiple peripherals using the Thunderbolt 3 port, which operates with bi-directional transfer speeds of up to 40 Gb/s and also provides up to 100W (20V / 5A) of passthrough charging power, while the USB Type-C port operates at 10 Gb/s and provides up to 7.5W (5V / 1.5A) of charging power. The two USB 3.0 Type-A ports operate at 5 Gb/s and provide 4.5W (5V / 0.9A) of charging power, and the two USB 2.0 Type-A ports operate at 480 Mb/s and provide 2.5W (5V / 0.5A) of charging power.
Connect up to three external displays using the two HDMI ports, which support resolutions up to 4K / 60 Hz, plus the VGA port, which supports Full HD 1080p at 60 Hz. Network connectivity is achieved using the Gigabit Ethernet jack and the audio jack supports both outputting sound to external devices, such as speakers and headphones, as well as recording from a mic input. For offloading content from your digital camera or smart device, there are dedicated SDHC and microSDHC card slots, which may be used simultaneously.
Please note that the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air with the M1 Chipset are only able to support one external display with a resolution of up to 6K at 60 Hz.

This hub was a big headache. I used it with a 2019 15 MacBook Pro. EZQuest’s wesite claims it has USB PD 3.0 Fast Role Swap technology which helps to prevent data loss and keep the 2nd monitor on if the USB-C power cable is disconnected from the hub while your MacBook display is open. (Except when bus powered external drive is connected). They may have added that last line because of what I found with my hub. It only worked when laptop’s power supply was connected to it. If power ever got interrupted, even for a second, every port would die. All USB connected drives would disconnect, SD cards would eject, ethernet died, even video died. It would come back to life when power was restored. After a month the USB-C port also fully died. EZQuest were great about offering replacement or refund, as it died just outside of the 30-day return window from B&H.

It always ran very hot.. then yesterday it had a micro-explosion and killed my monitor along with it. do not buy!

I have this for my MacBook Pro 13. I have an external monitor, card reader, three external drives and for a while an ethernet cable to my router connected to it and everything works flawlessly.
