Description
Bring 10TB of your data with you and transfer it to or from your computer via USB 3.0 with the silver-brushed 10TB G-Force3 Pro USB 3.0 External Hard Drive from Fantom. The G-Force3 Pro features data transfer rates of up to 5 Gb/s, a rotational speed of 7200 rpm, and compatibility with Windows and Mac computers. Please be aware that the drive comes formatted in the NTFS file system for Windows and will need to be reformatted for use on a Mac.
The drive is powered using an included AC Adapter that operates at 110/220V. Also included with this drive are a USB 3.0 cable and a drive stand.

Purchased a fan less hard drive cuz I didn’t want the loud noise next to my ears in my small edit room. This one … way louder than all my other fabless drives, approx the same level of shirt from the spinning hd platter as a fan in another hd. Admittedly, fan noise is acceptable for many, but for me, I bought this one cuz he description emphasized quiet. Not in opinion. Returned for refund. Btw … my glyph 12 tb drive is super quiet, so … some hd can deliver, just not this one

I bought this or use in a mixing studio but it’s too loud for that. Seemed to function AOK otherwise.

Works fine, but after 4 or 5 hours of editing, it starts making noise. It’s loud enough that I have to shut down the mac for a few minutes and restart. Tried to save money, but will go back to G drives.
