This product works just fine if you remember to put water in it. Apparently the other reviewers skipped that part of the instructions. One suggestion……leave all the cups in the poacher even if you are cooking less than four eggs. It seems to poach the eggs more evenly.

Mine didn’t come with directions. It didn’t say how much water to put in the pan and if the eggs go in before the water boils or after. It burnt my fingers trying to get the cups in the pan. Please advise, Thank you, otherwise it’s very nice, just need directions.
