Until trying this out, I had to use the larger ones and either make more than needed or struggle with portions. So, this was great and the quality lived up to the Farberware brand. The only pots I have used in the last 20 years are the Farberware Classic Series. They are pefect for my everyday cooking needs and I think they are the Perfect Pots. I use them for frying and boiling eggs making hot cereal in the morning soups at lunch frying up burgers at dinner making tea thruoghout the day cooking rice pasta. I have them in every size and shape and find them indespensable. They are durable easy to clean high-quality materials and stay looking good handles cool to the touch they wash easily and last a very long time. The Classic Series also come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes so every cooking need is represented. I even have an 8 quart pot with a steamer basket for nice steamed veggies. They are also reasonably priced and especially so at Pots & Pans. Pots and Pans carries an excellent supply of these Farberware Classic Pots and I order a few more every year or two to keep my supply up to date. These are the only pots a person will ever need.

I received a faberware 1 quart covered saucepan to test. This is a stainless steel pot and lid with a plastic handle. I was unfamiliar with this product before receiving it to test. It is amazing! I have used it to make sauces,gravy, boil eggs and rice and just cannot say enough positive things about it. It’s easy to clean, easy to cook with and you will be delighted with the outcome of whatever it is you need to cook. I found it cooked things evenly and not one time did I burn or scorch anything! If you want a great new saucepan I would definitely recommend the faberware 1 quart sauce pan with lid. It doesn’t matter how good of a cook you are, this pot makes life much easier!
