Our last pan lasted 39 years a 2qt Pan , and the rest of the set is still in great shape . This pan mistakenly got over heated separating the bottom from the pan . These pans are well made stainless steel pans made to last we would definitely buy again.

I just got this to replace a smaller pot/pan that I ruined (the non-stick interior). I primarily use the small size pan to heat water or liquids that don’t require large amounts (like for tea). I prefer an open pan versus a kettle for heating water because I have yet to meet a kettle that doesn’t need to be washed internally. The pan heats up quite well and evenly. One key point, I noticed this when reading the papers that come with it. Never let your pan boil dry over a heat source, since it is aluminum. Even this small pot comes with strainer on the lid to help strain the liquid from any solids in the pan. This is my first Faberware purchase.

So far I have used this Farberware pot about a dozen times. It’s performed well each time, no matter what I cook. I’ve made various soups, vegetable side dishes, boiled eggs and potatoes, and made sauces and gravy with no issues at all. It heats evenly, nothing sticks to it, and the lid fits nice and tightly when I need it. It has a nice heft to it, too. I actually put an old, thinner 2-quart pot in our donation box after using this one. I also love the look of it; it’s kind of retro with the loop at the end of the handle for hanging. I do have a pot rack I plan to install soon, so that is a feature I’ve started looking for in my pots and pans. I’m now on the lookout for matching pieces and would definitely recommend this line of cookware!

I really loved this Farberware 2-quart covered saucepan very much. The stainless steel saucepan is really good quality and this is my new favorite saucepan in the kitchen. I liked the nob lid that comes with it because I can check food and stir time to time while cooking. It has a nice heat proof handle to grip and hold the saucepan.

I have used this pot for veggies, boiling water, and small side dishes. It isn’t made from the material that doesn’t stick. You do need to spray the pan before putting any solid food in it. It does just fine with liquids. The handle doesn’t get hot and the lid topper was enough to grab without being burned. It was super easy to clean and even dishwasher safe. Great little pot!

I love this 2-quart covered saucepan from Farberware. The stainless steel is really great quality and makes this my new favorite saucepan to use. I really like the lid that comes with this because it gives a nice handle to grip at the top when I want to check on and stir whats cooking inside. I have been cooking rice and quinoa in this and they have been turning out perfect, cooking quick and evenly. The pan washes easily and looks great because of the nice stainless steel. The pan itself is a nice thick pan but not too heavy.
