I am so impressed with my new 4-Quart Saucepot. This has become my favorite piece of cookware. I was not even aware that this brand made this type of cookware. It doesn’t stick and cooks so evenly. It came with a lid which was an added bonus! I show everyone that comes into my kitchen my new saucepot. I am in love with it and can’t wait to buy the whole set of this type. I was impressed by how lightweight this saucepot is. I have used it for steaming and for cooking up a bunch of ingredients. It worked fine both times. The handles are rated to withstand heat up to 500 degrees but that doesn’t mean they don’t get hot so have pot holders handy! The knob on the lid felt a bit loose but I was able to easily tighten it. I’m glad to have this as an option for cooking pasta and other dishes.

This pan is just like my mom’s growing up. One of its best features of the heat proof handles so you can put the whole thing in the oven if needed. Make sure you use over mitts when you take it out though as it will be hot! I prefer a more modern look and while its nice that its lightweight, it also makes it feel a little cheap. Functionally this works well, it just looks like I’ve had it forever and isn’t something I would leave out on the oven for “looks”.

The handle to the lid is lifted so I dont have to worry about burning my fingers. I wish i had a whole set like this. This is my go-to pot.

I own a few farberware products and this is one of my new favorite pots to use on a daily basis. I love how heavy it is so I know that it will last a long time. The handles are small enough but sturdy that they don’t get in the way when on the stovetop. The handles do get hot though so when draining I had to use oven mitts to pick up the pot. I also do wish that the lid came with the draining holes instead of having to use a separate drainer. Overall a nice cooking pot that will get plenty of use daily.
