I really love the coffee that this percolator produces. After a few months though, the glass knob became mobile and slipped out a few times. I screwed it back in repeatedly, then one day it just broke apart. I am using an aluminum foil contraption at the top so I can still make coffee in it. They don’t seem to offer replacement parts.

This is a lovely, apparently well made percolator. However, it does NOT work with our Bosch induction cooktop. It may be stainless steel, but a magnet will NOT stick to the bottom.

This is one of many coffee pots that I have purchased as I have always made my coffee on the stove. I’m a little disappointed because when I open the packaging the spring on the stem with the basket is missing. How do I get a replacement?

I always loved the coffee my friend made in her Farberware Percolator, and after visiting her earlier this year, decided to buy one for myself and brew coffee the way it was intended to be brewed..the coffee brewed is delicious.However, I haven’t been able to brew any since the KNOB (not sure if it’s glass or some type of plastic) broke off in my hand when I was removing the lid. I just made a warranty claim and hope that Farberware addresses this issue (seems to be a problem mentioned in many other reviews).Overall 5 stars for coffee quality – 1 star for pot quality – averaging to 3 stars

I absolutely love my percolator. Brings me back to my childhood. I was looking for a stainless steel pot with a glass, not plastic top. It was hard finding one. Who knew l would find one at Home Depot! Price is very reasonable! I like strong coffee and unlike a drip the water percolates over the coffee grounds many times. My only disappointment was the measurements for cups on the inside are very hard to see. I wish they were engraved instead of stamped.
