This is my very favorite baking sheet and I love to give it as part of a wedding or shower present along with a note about it being the favorite item in my pan cabinet. It does the best job at baking cookies, biscotti, pastries, buns and free-form breads. Sometimes I use parchment paper on it and sometimes I just put the items right on the pan (the nonstick qualities are great!) I’ve done comparison cookie baking using this sheet and my other sheets and the cookies always bake up best on this one. I love it!!
