Pan is sturdy. Rack is great. The handles when turkey or ham is in the oven are difficult to get gloved hands around and pulled out depending on how wide the oven is. Over all a good buy

I used them to roast chicken for the first time and the chicken was perfect! The clean up was even better. I did nothing to the pan and when I took the chicken out and washed the pan with a soapy sponge it just wiped clean! No effort to clean the pan at all. I actually ordered another on for my Holiday cooking! Thank you!
