This Farberware 1qt straining saucepan is a perfect addition to my cookware. This pan is different than others mainly because of the two lips in the pan that allow for easy pouring and the 2 size holes in the lid of the that allow easy straining without the mess. The stainless steel is high quality and the pan itself is not flimsy or cheap in comparison to other similar brands I have tried. I have had the chance to cook with it several times since I received it and to be honest I don’t know how I managed before without it. This is the go to pan for all of us in my household. It’s perfect for warming up canned soups, veggies and excellent for sauces. I also want to add that it cleans up nicely as well. I have recommended this saucepan to people, I know that my mom purchased it and she loves it as well

This little pot is amazing. I really need a bigger one now. I use this instead of all my other pots just because it saves me time and I have less dishes to wash. It has different size holes and a spout on each side to strain different items. I feel like the water boils faster too. It is really sturdy and I just love it.

This pan is so useful for so many things. Great for a small family. Also great for warming leftovers. There are only two of us and it suits our needs so well. The strainer is great for veggies of all kinds. I usually cook them in a no salt chicken broth rather than butter or salted water since we both have dietary restrictions.

I use this as a replacement for my “”teapot”” (yes, I make tea in a saucepan, don’t judge!) that had all its nonstick coating get worn off after scrubbing. I like that I don’t have to worry about any coatings or anything coming off since this is stainless steel. I never spill thanks to the pouring lip and the strainer lid is an added bonus. If I had to have a complaint, my only one would be that the handle is kinda flimsy; the handle feels extremely light, like it might be hollow.

This is a wonderful straining saucepan. It is super easy to use and ideal for anybody who loves cooking. Not having to search for a straining is a dream! I love that the lid so easily turns towards the spout when you are ready to drain/strain out the liquid without any chance of burning yourself! The pan handle and knob on top of the lid doesn’t get hot and makes it even better! The metal heats up nicely and seems to also cool off quickly after cooking. I had the opportunity to try Farberware’s Classic Stainless Steel 1-Quart Covered Straining Saucepan. I am in the kitchen seven days a week, as I enjoy cooking dinner for my family daily and also bake frequently. Farberware brand never seems to disappoint. This 1-Quart covered saucepan features a mirrored stainless steel finish and an aluminum core. The saucepan heats up quickly and evenly on my gas stovetop, and is the perfect size for preparing/heating small sides, such as vegetables, sauces, soup, etc. My favorite feature of Farberware’s Classic Stainless Steel 1-Quart Covered Straining Saucepan is the straining holes in the products lid. The lid is equipped with holes on two sides; one side small drainage holes and the other larger. This feature enables quick and easy one-handed straining, without having to utilize a second appliance (strainer). The handle of this Farberware cookware remains cool throughout the cooking process. I really enjoyed using this pot when cooking. It is super light weight and easy to clean. I appreciate that they took the time to add a handle loop so that I can hang it on my wall when I am finished (lack of counterspace means all my pots get hung on the wall). Overall, the quality of this pot is pretty high given its price-point and it seems like it would last quite a while. If I had one complaint, my only concern would be overheating this pot could easily result in warping, but that is more on the owner than the cookware itself. I recommend this to a friend and give it 5 stars.
