I have a cutter very similar to this one that I have used for years and just love. I bought a second one for my winter home and I find this cutter to be just like the one I had before. It cuts cheese very easily and I can make my slices any width I want.

We have owned a cheese slicer like this for several years and it is used often. It slices cheese easily to your desired thickness. Should the wire break, replacement wires are readily available for purchase online. I recently purchased 3 of these at Home Depot for Christmas gifts, one of which is for someone who has used the cheese slicer at my home, and now they want one of their own.
