The handle is transferable from the stretching rollers on the base of the machine to theslide-in cutting rollers. If you just push slightly toward the machine why you are cranking it, it will not fall out quite as frequently.

Very straight forward product on how to use. Have enjoyed making pasta with it!!

Roller works pretty well, but there is nothing to keep the handle in place after you submit it into the slotted hole. On my first use, I’ll bet the handle ended upon the floor a dozen times. REALLY irritating. I actually ended up gluing it into the hole.

Works exactly as specified. Has 9 levels of thinness. Inserting the clamp in the large hole of the machine and twisting the knob to tighten the clamp to the table without the clamp getting in the way so that the machine is held in place is a bit awkward. Can be improved in the next design.
