Easy to assemble and use. Did a couple practice runs and then started producing perfect tortillas. Fun family time, kids helped and we had a little tortilla production line. The press itself is heavy so it stays in place during use and cleaning was fast and easy. Much faster and more consistent than using a rolling pin.
