Was a pleasure not having to pull out compressor and hoses for the small amount of shoe I had to reinstall after hardwood repairs. Worked flawlessly. Very happy I bought it. Had a CO/2 set up but still had the leash. Only have used it once but I see hundreds of more.

Overall this is a high quality nailer at a competitive price. PROS:-Cordless. This is an awesome feature, and probably the most important. If you don’t have an air compressor, or don’t like lugging it out, this is an incredible feature. Its also a great value if you don’t have to buy a compressor!-It shoots both 18ga finish nails and crown staples. That flexibility is awesome! It also saves from buying another gun, yet another great value. -Nailing power. The nailer has plenty of power to sink 1.5″ nails into pine and oak. I did not have any longer nails on hand to test with, but it seems to have plenty of power for nails. See below for stapler power. -Battery charge time. The batteries charge very quickly. I didn’t time it, but I swear it went from dead to full in 15 minutes. One battery can easily charge fully during the time it would take to deplete the other one. At least under my normal working conditions. -The kit ships with two batteries. This way one can be on the gun and the other can be charging. Thank you!-Everything fits nicely into the box so its very easy to pack and unpack. -Depth adjustment is readily accessible and easy to use. The icons are also very clear, so you know exactly which direction to adjust the knob.-Single or continuous fire modes. This is typical on a nailer, but great that it was excluded here.CONS:-Weight. Its a very heavy nailer, especially compared to a pneumatic version. This is probably not a big deal for small projects, but could become an issue if you are haning trim all day long or working above your head for extended periods.-Stapler power. I was able to sink 1.25″ staples fully into pine. However, I was not able to sink the same staple into oak. The staples were left about 1/4″ proud. See photo attached.-Lag. The nailer spools up for about 1 – 1.5 seconds before firing the nail. This is a little weird if you are used to the instantaneous action of a pneumatic nailer. You can get used to it, its just a little strange at first. -Wide hammer. Since this gun shoots both nails and staples, the hammer has to be as wide as the staple, which is wider than a standalone 18ga nailer hammer. If you like to set your nails below the surface and fill the pockets, you will have a bigger pocket to fill with this gun compared to a dedicated 18ga nailer. See photo attached.

This was first time buying this brand. A little reluctant, but it had good reviews. Needless to say, I am highly impressed. As soon as it arrived, I put it to work putting up tongue and groove wall planking. Satisfied customer

The product is a little heavy but with that said it does a really good job. Perfect for trim or other detail projects that require a fastener. Highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a cordless brad nailer/stapler.

Just got My Freeman nailer / stapler in today. Had trouble right off the bat ! It jammed on the first shot. Cleared it and went through the same thing 4 more times. Raining like crazy outside and didn’t want to go the Home Depot. I started checking out the reason for the jam and found the trouble. (simple fix). They did not lube the ram that fires the nails. 3 drops of 3 in 1 oil and it turned into a nail and staple machine. To think for the lack of 3 drops of oil from the factory it almost got returned.

Very nice set up. Heavier than expected. Worked for about 15 brads then had a jam. Went through every trouble shooter to fix but had to call company and they sent me another one and I sent that one back. Very nice and friendly customer service and speedy and this one has worked fine so far. Ive only had it a month but its very handy. Its also very kid friendly for the learner that wont leave your side.

Item works but i did have a problem sinking the 2″ nails. It does a nice job with the 1.5″ nails. Havent had a chance to mess with it a bunch yet. Appears to be built strong.

This cordless nailer and stapler comes with its own carrying case, not one but two batteries and a charger. it is great for hard to reach places such as hanging crown molding. It eliminates the trip and fall hazards of hoses and cords. I like that it came with two batteries so that you have a back up, so you can charge one while using other so you don’t have to stop working while you wait on battery to charge
