The Flooring Nailer performs perfectly. Very precise tool. Place in slot but hold firmly so there is no kick back. Good tool but it is not for speed.

This nailer is awesome. It is light weight, loads easily, adjusts to flooring thickness in seconds and due to it’s size, you can start nailing within the first 2 to 3 rows of flooring away from the wall. Excellent tool.

As a carpenter for over 20 years I have to install the newest engineered flooring from time to time. I previously borrowed or rented a tool to do this as I didn’t need one all that often but finally decided to invest in one. This tool is well built and easy to adjust. The plastic ‘feet’ are fairly robust and the screw clamps that hold them in place do the job adequately. Loading is easy and the depth adjustment via the screw at the tool’s trigger is simple. The safety is the depth adjustment as far as fastener penetration and it’s a fine line there so take some time to dial that in. The tool fires well, didn’t skip or misplace a fastener in the first floor it tackled, which was over 800 s.f.I would, if I had say, ask the manufacturer to increase the length of the fastener window on the side of the tool to let one see how many staples are left loaded. It’s got one, but it’s rather small so you’ll end up checking it frequently. I might just modify it (elongate) to serve that purpose. Otherwise for the money in comparison to other tools I’ve used and rented, this is a great little addition to the arsenal and it appears that it will serve me well into the future. Happy with it’s build and performance, I recommend it!

This worked great. Laid 1000 sq. ft. of flooring and it never skipped a beat. Set it at 80 psi.Light and the staple boot worked great with my flooring.

Awesome value! Great gun! I just started installing hw flooring – 1/5 inch, engineered..Works perfect…Had just one misfire but that was due my error – I held the trigger for too long and I learned that all you need to do just quickly click it and release – that is it..After that I had no issues..

Used this to install 3/8 inch bamboo flooring. Did a 15 X 16 foot room without any jams or misfires of any kind. Worked great. I also took off the flooring jig and used it to re-attach the baseboard. Nice little tool.

I Install a lot of flooring. The set-up is as easy as it gets. This is one of the best nailguns for the money, (for a do-it-yourself person). If you install for a living— This gun misfires often (fires without a nail shooting). The piston does not come all the way back up. The gun also lacks power. (If you are a pro, the gun will not keep up with you.) For the do-it-yourself person. this is the best nailgun for you. If you slow down the gun works great.

This gun more than fulfilled my expectations and more importantly….the expectations of my wife. She loves her new floor and is grateful that we were able to get this excellent floor nailer at such a reasonable price.

Very good tool. Have tried a cheaper one in the past and also rentals that had nothing but problems. Put this right to use and it functioned flawlessly.

I was really impressed with this stapler. It worked great on my hardwood floors. I installed 5/16″ floors and it worked great on that thickness of flooring. The hand grip was comfortable. I experienced no jamming. Occasional folding of the staple in the wood if the wood was a harder piece. I didn’t feel this was related to the stapler.

I recently installed 800 sq ft of Bruce cherry-on-oak flooring, 5/16th. What a great product. I’ve been a builder for 28 years and have used a variety of pneumatic products. I would rate this product as one of the top. Easy to use, easy to change over to a brad nailer for the shoebase. I only wish the clips (staples) I purchased with the nailer were longer. I would suggest practicing on a few “test” pieces of wood to familarize with the staple set, etc. Also, misfires were average for a nailer. I highly recommend this product.

I worked with engineered flooring, it worked awesome,!just a couple miss fires, but that was my fault.

Had to purchase this online, so that meant reading the description and trusting that it was right. However, this may work on other floors but we put in a 3/4″ solid oak floor (not laminate or engineered) needless to say the staples would not go through the oak. Use this on laminate and you will be fine. Had to get a different stapeler somewhere else.
