I bought this nailer instead of renting one due to the price and reviews. I was going to need it for some time and renting would have been too expensive. I had looked at other nailers in the store at twice the price but with the reviews I read I thought I would give this one a try. I absolutely love it!! I have only had a couple misfires when installing 800 square feet of flooring and those were my fault. Don’t hesitate if considering this nailer. You won’t regret it.

Put in 3,000 L cleats/nails with no jams and perfect depth (using 90 psi). Can not imagine installing oak floors without a tool like this.

I’ve rented floor nailers several times and I found this product as good, if not better than those more expensive nailers. And I noticed that some of the floor nailers on the Internet did not include the mallet, and this one did.

Good tool if you dont install for a living. Did what I needed no clogs or jams. There are far better tools out there but double the price. For the dyi home owner it is good enough.

I put down 500 sq/ft of Home Legend solid bamboo flooring using the 1/2″ foot and 1 1/2″ 16 ga L-cleats also the asphalt kraft paper. . No problems and it looks great.

After reading previous reviews I figured I’d give it a shot. Approx 500-600sq ft down so far without ONE issue. Took the advice of others and put a little oil in every 4-5 nail strips. Using 2″ T nails into hickory. Great nailer, especially for the money. I could buy 2 cheaper than one bostitch or other name brand. Highly recommended

I’m not a contractor and don’t have prior experience with floor nailers, but I have put in 400 sqft of 3/4″ oak and my friend has done at least that much with this gun. It has worked PERFECTLY. No miss-fires at all. I was expecting a cheaply built tool because of how much less this nailer costs than others. But, it seems like a very well built tool. I was going to just sell it on Craigslist after I finished my remodel, but I think I’ll keep it. It might be nice to pay the $30 more for the one with the hard plastic case. I was only using L-cleats, but it worked great.

Easy assembly, worked great. Only laid 200 soft so far but no misfires. Relation quality price is unbeatable

This product worked great, only jammed twice on 1100sq ft of flooring and once was because I forgot to oil it before I started.Mine came with a black mallet instead of the white one shown and it does leave marks. They will rub off.

Only had to attach the handle and ready to go. Three practice nails and the optimum air pressure set. Finished flooring a large master bedroom in a day without ruining my knees.

The nailer itself is quite good. It jams occasionally but is quick to clear. The issue I have is with the accompanying mallet which fell apart before we completed the first half or our 1,500 SF installation of white oak.

Gun works flawlessly with nails. Jams ALOT with staples. I used on hickory floors. 900 sq ft.
Marielle Fisher (verified owner) –
Having never used a nailer like this before, I was a bit worried how it would go. That’s the reason why I bought one that touts that jams can be easily cleared. But to be honest, after over 2000 nails placed, not 1 jam. If your new to hardwood flooring, definitely purchase

Comfortable and powerful. I would highly recommend this tool, the price was perfect for the value.

The assembly was not as straight forward, but it worked great for the most part. It’s not good when you get close to the walls but none of them are…

i bought this product and it did the job adequately even with a slow internal leak.i returned it to the store and will buy the same product. With all the positive reviews i surmised it would be prudent to give the mailer another try

Easy to use, performed great, solid piece of equipment at a very reasonable price. Considering the alternative of multiple rental days and trips to the rental center, this purchase was close to break even and I have a nice addition to the tool crib.
