I had to run wire to my amp in my car and these will protect your investment because if the power wire shorts to ground you are looking at damages that cost over 5 dollars whether you have to replace the wire or the spark catches the car on fire it is worth it.

You never know when you need a grommet. Protects wires going thru a hole. These things do work, but the price is a little high.

I run a lot of wires through firewalls, both DC automotive and AC wires on vintage amps and motors. Often times the grommets are missing or un-usable and I don’t have one that fits. Sometimes I cut the thing and place around the wires, the only complaint I have are the limited number of sizes that come with this kit, bought two of them, only a couple of ’em I can really use outta’ each kit. But worth the money, fast shipping.
