These Replacement Filters for select GE Whole House Water Filtration Systems (2-Pack) work to reduce sand, soil, silt, sediment, dirt, rust and chlorine in your drinking water for improved taste and odor. With NSF approved filtration quality and up to a 3-month or 15,000 Gal. filtration life per filter, these filters are designed for consistent filtration with low maintenance. These filters are compatible with GE household filtration system models GXWH20S and GXWH04L.

I have been using these filters for many years. They work well to eliminate ‘chlorine smell’, and also filter small sediment. I replace every 3 months or more frequently if the clear filter housing looks especially dirty.
