Great little tool set. It has both metric and SAE sockets and the sockets come in both short and long varieties. This enables you to use them on short, tight areas as well as on long bolts. It even has a little thumbwheel ratchet for those super-hard to get-at places. The ratchet mechanism is very fine which helps even more in tight spaces. I’m very pleased with this toolset. It appears to be top quality and the selection of sockets is excellent.

This is a great set with lots of attachments. The ratchet itself is a little small if you need to turn on something with some serious leverage, but all in all it is a good set. Has everything I need and comes in a compact plastic case. No handle on the case, so that stinks for carrying around. Besides that it is a great set with well made accessories. Pictures attached.

This 51-piece ¼ in. Drive Ratchet and socket set is made by Gear. They are known for having a great product and with stands the daily use. I needed ¼ drive set, it seems like I am missing the most common sockets so it was time to get a new set. I really like the 84 tooth ratchet, with the 84 tooth it can get into tight area and still be able to loosen and tightening those bolts and nuts. They come with SAE and Metric regular depth and deep well depth sockets. They are fully polish chrome and they have a large stamp of the size of the socket so it is easy to read. It also includes a thumb-wheel ratchet for access those tight spaces. It a great set for have. It comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

So far a great socket set. The ratchet is sound but the true test is if it lasts or locks up after repeated use as with many other brands. The tooling on the set is nice so there is not slop when sockets are “loaded” on the ratchet. The hand device is a good feature and I can foresee a lot of situations that I will use that attachment. The deep wells are nice. If I have any gripes, it is that I do have a little trouble reading the size markings but that is not a deal breaker.

A handy tool that seems to be well made. The 1/4″ drive size has become more useful than other drive sizes. The kit was well supplied and works well. The sockets each have their own place. The sockets are marked well and the case is marked with the socket size but with black on black numbers. The case and the latches are hinged in stead of folded plastic and should be more durable. The case is sized a bit big and when it is carried some of the sockets come out of their location in the case. Overall I am very pleased.

This 51 piece socket set from GearWrench fills a void in my toolbox for a smaller socket set. The set comes with both standard and metric sizes from 3/16 to 9/16, and metric 4 to 15mm. Not only are there SAE and metric sizes but also deep well and standard socket depths. 13 metric standard and 13 metric deep wells, and SAE 10 standard and 10 deep wells. The socket sizes are etched and even though they will last a lifetime, I can’t see them as well as another set that has black printed sizes on each socket. The rachet is smooth operating and the sockets fit snugly onto the bolt heads on my last project.

I’m a single lady, and when i need a repair I’m always asked if i have tools. Well now I have an awesome tool set now, as well as cute and shiny, I’m such a girl. My father said i made an awesome choice on this and was a awesome price. Know i just have to watch and make sure no one gets me for my tools. I really like this 1/4 in. Drive 6-Point Ratchet and Socket Set by GoodWench. I have never owned GoddWench tools but these sockets and ratchet are made of high quality. There are both shallow and deep sockets in SAE and MM. All of the socket sizes are hard stamped in large numbers for easy reading. The SAE sizes are from 3/16″ to 96″ and the MM go from 4MM to 15MM. This kit also comes with a “Thumbwheel” ratchet for getting into those really tight places. All sockets are 6 point which is great. Stay away from a 12 point type socket. Using a 12 point socket you run a high risk of rounding the head or nut. These sockets are made to help reduce that chance even more that other 6 point sockets. I know this set will give me years of great performance.

A good selection of sizes and finally a set of 1/4 inch drive sockets that has 15 mm, most other sets stop at 13 or 14. The sizes are easy to find and the sockets give a solid feel then you are tightening or loosening nuts and bolts. The storage case doesn’t waste too much space so it won’t clutter up your tool box and does a decent job of keeping all of the parts where they belong, There are a couple of small ones that like to go wandering around the case but everything else stays put. The ratchets are OK when compared to professional ones but not quite as smooth but I will keep using them for now.

i got this exact set and first time use ended with broken tabs, i cant latch it closed anymore… other than the case latches breaking the very first time i used them it is a great set. but i bought them to have a small set i can quickly grab and take with me.

The ratchet is high quality and should last a lifetime. The “thumbwheel-ratchet” looks like it will be great for assembling furniture and other small jobs where a regular ratchet is too big.
