The GearWrench 5/8 in. x 6 in. Swivel Spark Socket features full chrome polished finish for corrosion resistance. The socket has a magnetic chamber to securely hold the spark plug in place during installation and dissemble. This socket is designed to work with any 3/8 in. drive ratchet.

GREAT SOCKET TO HAVE! This swivel socket is fantastic. No doubt its made with durable materials and the result is quality. The magnetic end and the swivel tip make changing a spark plug very convenient now. The magnetic tip is strong enough to keep the plug snug without it slipping on you. The swivel tip helps you get in those tough spots at that perfect angle. If your looking for something like this, no doubt this one is a no brainer. Quality all the way!

Replaced my Lexus NX200t spark plugs with this socket. Build in magnet works perfectly extracting the old plugs and inserting the new plugs. Solid build with high quality fit. I need a short extension in order to reach the plugs but that is no big deal.

I found this swivel spark plug socket and extension combination to be a surprisingly useful tool. A lot of the small engines I work on have peanut plugs and they’re often deep set in the cylinder heads or obstructed by other components. It’s seldom a straight line to the spark plugs.This spark plug socket and extension reach just far enough and the swivel angle is enough in most cases to reach the area without having to add more extensions. The swivel has been just enough to not have to use other combinations of tools. The knurled finish on the extension makes hand turning spark plugs in and out once they’re broken loose a much easier job. The blue plastic liner is another feature that saves spark plug cases on removal and installation. It’s a good tool and a welcome addition to my set.
