I have found this T8-T50 LONG TORX SET (10-PIECE), very useful! These have a definite advantage over the typical folding (hex key) type that I have been using because of their extended reach! They easily reach into hard to get at spots that are so often encountered when doing maintenance or repair work! I highly recommend this extended reach torx set for daily use!

These are well made and very sturdy long torx end bits to be used with your ratchet set, and easily reach into hard to reach areas. The larger three Torx bits fit a 3/8 inch drive and the smaller and the remaining seven fit a 1/2 inch drive.Of course standard adapters will work to use them all on the same drive if desired or need be.The socket end that goes on the ratchet is a bright chrome and clearly marked with the torx size of that particular bit.The torx end will go deep into the fitting if it has a deep pocket giving very firm contact and excellent torque. As I read the manufacturer’s lifetime warranty it looks to me as if these would be in the list of excluded items from lifetime and instead have a one year warranty. I am still very pleased with the set and dont see that as an issue.( Product Exceptions to the Standard Limited Lifetime Warranty: Tool Boxes, Standard Chucksand Accessories, Bits, Bit Sockets Torque Products. Soldering and Desoldering Products arewarranted only for one (1) year from date of Buyer acceptance.)

This product was able to get into a difficult area of my motor to remove a bolt so that I could change a bad starter.

Most of the Torx screws I work with are in hard to reach places. This set has extensions and fit a 3/8″ or a 1/4″ ratchet. They are made of high quality steel and will last a very long time because of that. They also come with a holding rack so that you can stand them up and see which tool you might need next. I have looked for a set like this for a long time and finally found them at Home Depot. Thank you. Highly recommend them.

Very well made set that I couldn’t find anywhere in the 6 inch length.I will be using the T27 torx size to remove the VCT solenoids from the headon my 2005 F150 5.4 3V Triton engine. You need the extra length in orderto remove the T27 torx bolt that is way done into the engine. Make sureyou use a one piece torx bit and not a socket, you don’t want the socketcoming off the extension or the bit out of the socket and falling downinto the engine.

The 1/4 and 3/8 torx fit my sockets well. I have a cheap set of sockets and they securely fit without any wiggle or loosening. I used the torx to loosen some hex bolts on my air compressor. The bolts were rusted and tight. These easily fit in and are deep enough to securely loosen the bolts without stripping or slipping out. I love the length as this allows you to reach into tight spaces of the car and other small engines. Overall, these are a nice addition to your toolbox to add versatility.

These 6 inch extended torx bit set contains 10 bits, mainly being 1/4″ Drive with a T8, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27 and T30 bit; and the 3/8″ Drive Socket contains the T40, T45 and T50 size bits. GearWrench put together a nice set with a mountable stand that sets the bar for previous toolmakers, as the stand was designed with quality and usability in mind, definetly a good addition to the garage toolshop.

Torx head screws are becoming more popular likely due to the gripping power verses screw heads like Phillips. In the case the screw is recessed into a cavity the extra long set is perfect. the tips are holding up very well even when used with a impact driver and have not noticed any shaft flex on the larger ones where the bolts are very tight. May not be for everyone, but if you ever have a need the set is irreplaceable. A perfect addition to anyone’s tool box

These LONG TORX 10-PIECE SET comes conveniently on an organizer bar. They use either a 3/8 or a 1/4 inch ratchet. I used a ratcheting box wrench while using mine. They fit perfectly into the screws with the high torque stars. This set makes it easy to have the right size without having to hunt for them. I would highly recommend these long high torque tools.

They look nice, but I can’t find any information on what the bits are constructed of.

This is good for accessing recessed torx screws, much better than shorter torx bits that I’ve used before. The bits seem to be very well made, accurate in size, and easy to get on and off my rachet handle. They also appear to have holes in the end, which means that they will access security torx screws as well as standard ones. This is a really nice set of bits.

To get this quality you would have to pay 8 times the price on any tool truck

Made of high quality steel and provide the extra length necessary much of the time to get to the bolt. I found them easy to use and fit a 3/8″ ratchet. If you are working on new equipment these are a necessary tool to add to your tool bag or tool kit. I use them about once a week when working just around the home I know that a mechanic can not be without these because the amount of bolts that are now TORX. I highly recommend this product.
