I use this item about every other weekend to work on various projects and this ratchet is so comfortable. The 90 tooth design is just a quality single paw design that hasn’t failed me yet. I have tons of ratchets ranging from various other well know brand names and I’ve been using this as my go to ratchet for vehicle repairs. Find the non standard length an asset when needed.

This is a high quality, stubby handle 3/8″ socket ratchet driver. So many times you get into some repair job and your knuckles take a big hit when trying to squeeze the socket wrench into the restricted space. Often the long handle versions cannot even turn enough to get the wrench to work properly. This wrench gets you into those low space areas and still be able to use the socket ratchet workings of this wrench. This is a must for a well equipped tool box, and this particular model is heavy and durable, in which I can definitely highly recommend getting this one. Have fun with it.

If you like tools like i do you are always looking for the next tool. Something that make working on your latest project just a little easier. This new ratchet from gear wrench fills that void. It is the sise of that typical 1/4 drive rachet with a 3/8 drive which gives you access to larger sizes. The 90 tooth head makes it easier to use in tight spots. Gearwrench makes quality tools that done break the bank. Cant go wrong with this ratchet.

I needed a stubby ratchet for little home and auto projects that I tackle from time to time where there just isn’t enough room for a standard length ratchet. This little guy does the trick! The compact, 90 tooth head has great mechanics and you can tell it’s very high quality. The material is nice as well although I would have liked a scored/textured handle to help a little with grip. Feels great in your hand though. Very substantial tool.

We all need a stubby ratchet wrench. The ratchet offers not only shortness but also has a compact head to use in all those tight spaces. It also offers 90 teeth on its ratchets that only goes 4 degrees per click. At 4 1/2″ long it’ll fit many needs in my Gear Wrench tool box. 3/8″ drive and my sockets fit nice and tight and provided for easy, but positive removal. Only eye popper was it is a product of Taiwan but finished in mainland China. I would recommend this stubby ratchet!

Another great tool made by Gear Wrench. I will compare this to well made quality tools out there as far as performance and durability. This 3/8 inch drive stubby is a must for the handy man or woman out there. You will need this addition to your tool arsenal. It’s 4 1/2 inch long and a 3/8 drive but has the compact size of a 1/4 inch ratchet. Can reach into very tight places with the short stubby handle. This is a fixed head and not a flex head. It’s bright ,full polished chrome finish easily wipes clean and resists corrosion. Compact head design is 20% narrower than a standard 3/8 inch drive ratchet. Highly visible on/off markings on the head. High strength pawl for increased durability. I highly recommend this tool, it’s very well made and will last a long time.

3/8” drive ratchet with the size and useability of a 1/4” drive ratchet. Don’t know exactly how many teeth the GearWrench wrenches have, but this feels as smooth and tight as one of the wrenches. Perfect for working in tight spaces or where you can’t get a full throw/rotation. The 90 teeth is just buttery smooth, you could probably do away with 12 point sockets when using this ratchet unless it’s a 12 point nut. Another great product from GearWrench.

I have been a builder remodeler for 50 years, and when I need a compact ratchet, this GEARWRENCH 4-1/2 IN. 3/8 IN. DRIVE 90-TOOTH COMPACT HEAD STUBBY TEARDROP RATCHET is perfect. I have used a longer version regularly, but this is far more useful, especially in tight spaces. It is of high quality, and works very well for work requiring wrenches like these. I like that it Is polished chrome, as that makes it easy to clean when you’re done. This tool is of very high quality as well, and is a very good example of quality tools.

The GEARWRENCH 4-1/2 in. 3/8 in. Drive Stubby Teardrop Ratchet is going to get a lot of use in my toolbox. First off, the tool is made very well. The finish is a high level of quality with no unfinished rough edges. The weight is very balanced and yet compact to use on automotive repairs in tight spots. The 90-Tooth ratchet is also great for those tight spots so you can get more bite on turning the bolt/nut that a coarser lower tooth count simply couldn’t do in a tight spot. So far I’m very happy with the tool.

The Gear Wrench 4 1/2 inch. 3/8 inch 90 teeth compact stubby Ratchet is my new favorite ratchet to use for small space jobs. With this mighty mite tool you can access just about any place that used to be challenge before. Don’t let this little gem fool you, its small but super strong and can do little jobs in a big way. Easy to hold on too and one handed for left or right switch.
