The GEARWRENCH combination wrenches are durable tools for most jobs. They are made from alloy steel with either a full polish or satin finish that resists rust & corrosion. The off-corner loading design on both ends provides a stronger grip on fasteners, reduces fastener rounding, and delivers up to 25% more torque to the fasteners. Sizes are stamped on the beam for quick, easy, & permanent identification. The box end is offset 15° for increased access to fasteners. Available in stubby & long pattern lengths and 6 & 12 point, the GEARWRENCH combination wrenches are a must have for every toolbox.
- 15° offset for better access in tight spaces
- Off-corner loading design on box end provides better grip and reduces fastener rounding
- Manufactured from alloy steel for better strength and longer tool life
- Bright, full polish chrome finish easily wipes clean and resists corrosion
- Meets or exceeds ASME specifications
- Included rack for storage and organization

I would give them 4 1/2 stars but the only let you choose whole stars but the reason i gave it that is because whe I used the 15mm on a bolt that was hard to get off it felt like it was bending.I just thought for $92 they would be really strong wrenchs and that was a little disappointing. Other then that they are really nice they clean up well and fit snug on the bolts and won’t round them out also fit and feel nice in your hand”well balanced”. I do recommend them for they DIY ers like myself if you want a nice set that won’t hurt your wallet to bad like Mac or snap on.

Excellent value; wrenches are of good quality and easy to clean; longer length makes it easier to get to “hard to reach” areas

Finally got a full set of wrenches. I have been using a piece mill set of wrenches for as long as I can remember broke down and got this 15 piece set in metric and SAE. If your like me your go to tool has been an adjustable wrench because you need a metric and all you have are SAE. Problem solved and the nice thing is these are longer in length giving you a little extra torque, but this seems to also be a negative if you don’t have clearance. So far not a problem but can see where it may be.

I have been a builder remodeler for 49 years, and as such I have many opportunities to use tools like these METRIC COMBINATION WRENCH SET (15-PIECE). These are of high quality, and work very well for work requiring wrenches like these. I like that they are polished chrome, as that makes them easy to clean when you’re done. These tools are very high quality as well, and these are a very good example of quality tools.

GearWrench Metric Wrenches15 high quality professional grade metric wrenches at a good price. These cover the range from 8mm to 22mm. These are longer length wrenches to reach farther in for that bolt and solid weight and feel so you don’t drop them. These are marked both sides and on the head for easy identification. GW claims 25% more torque than a standard wrench with “off-corner loading special point design on the open end.” Also “Stronger grip reduces fastener rounding.” What I do know is I don’t think you can go wrong with these wrenches. They feel good in the hand, are extremely nice to use and will store in your tool box drawer or hang on the wall organized in there convent heavy rubber holder. I like them very much!

I have needed some metric wrenches for a long time. These don’t do anything fancy, but paired with the ratcheting combination wrenches they will hold the bolt or nut while you ratchet the other making a speedy job of connecting the item. It seems that everyone is using metric nuts and bolts to assemble their items and without the metric tools, I have been delegated to using adjustable wrenches. NO MORE!

I chose this metric combination wrench 15 piece set for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He likes the fact that it snaps in its holder snuggly so when he needs a wrench he knows that he won’t have to look for a missing wrench. It is very easy to take from one job to the next and they don’t rattle around in the floor of his work truck. He can be very hard on tools and hasn’t snapped one into yet.

This is by far one of the best set of wrenches I have ever used they are sturdy they fit very snugly on the bolts so they do not slip and round off the heads the long pattern gives you enough grab for extra torquing power also the long reach lets you get to harder to reach nuts and bolts and the trays help keep them in size order and easy to store.

This review is for GEARWRENCH 15-piece metric, long pattern combination wrench set, Product No. 81902. The sizes provided are 8 mm through 22 mm. The closed ends are 12-point. The open ends have off-corner loading notches to increase grip and to reduce corner rounding of fasteners. All of the wrenches are longer than for any similar set I have owned or used, that providing for extra torque and better reach into tight spaces. These wrenches have a high-end look and feel. They have a quality polished chrome-plate finish for easy cleanup after use. The sizes are deeply stamped into the handles and at the open ends so that they are easily seen and will not wear off with repeated use. The set includes a handy plastic organizer that I expect will not outlast the wrenches. This set has a lifetime warranty and is priced well for the quality provided. So far I have used this set to work on lawn and garden equipment, it working very well. This product is a very welcome addition to my toolbox.

These are great wrenches, designed very well. First things I noticed: the bigger sizes are longer than I expected so I can get some torque on bolts. The heads of the wrenches have two tiny indentations for extra gripping strength. They feel balanced in the hand. The sizes are way easy to read, always a plus for the older crowd. The plastic holder is solid; the wrenches go in snugly and won’t fall out. The plastic is not cheap or flimsy. It is going to last. I’d rate these up with my “professional” tools but they don’t cost an arm and a leg. Get these and you will have a quality metric wrench set with money left over for some beer.

I put these wrenches to use right away and they helped to replace a water pump and assemble a outdoor dinning set. The wrenches have a nice chrome finish and handled tightening and loosening everything that I needed them to do. When using the twelve point box end just remember that this type of wrench is not used to loosen really rusted nuts and bolts you must use a six point boxed wrench. The wrenches has a very nice holder that locks the wrenches in place so they can be hung on a peg board if necessary. The wrenches are also backed up with a Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime warranty.

As with all Gearwrench products, this wrench set brings more bang for the buck in terms of value and quality compared to other tool brand to include the more professional tool truck brands. The beams are nice and straight with excellent chrome with both box end and open end broaching nice and uniform. Fitment of fastener is excellent with tight engagement. Highly Recommend.
