These go to 11…pieces. From 3/8 in to 1 in, they grow in 1/16 in increments, marked on each wrench and location in the blow-molded tray. I try to buy tools only in sets like this so I know what I have and what I’m missing- if only temporarily. The opening at the base of the wrench is a 3/8 in square. I’ve used these successfully on 7/16 in nuts for coax cable connections- always in difficult locations- and in sizes 9/16 in and 7/8 in- for those hard-to-reach plumbing connections to the faucet up against the sink. They are heavy weight and excellent quality.

The crowfoot Gearwrench set has been a long time needed addition to my tool box. It’s not a tool you need for every job. But, when you need it you need it. This set goes from 3/8” – 1”. That should do fine. The finish is nice and smooth, highly chromed. One feature that I like is the case sets right in your tool box drawer. No top, just pick up crows foot with the extension and go. Or carry the case to the task at hand. Now to get the metric kit.

This set h as all of the sizes that I usually use. It saves damage to my hands because it can reach those hard to reach nuts to loosen or tighten them. The wrenches are very sturdy. I like the way they’re packaged. I’m trying to find a clear, plastic container to store them in, or I’ll make a shelf on a pegboard.

The SAE Crowfoot 11-piece wrench set is a great tool for putting together outdoor furniture with all those nuts and bolts. Of course you need some ratchets to use these and I use them with the Gear Wrench Ratchet set. I don’t know if I will ever use all of these but I added them to my much admired tool box! These are easy to use and I would recommend them definitely.

This is a really nice set of crowfoot wrenches. They come in a nice range of standard sizes and comes with a nice storage tray to keep them organized. I do a lot of mechanical work on older motorcycles and cars and there is a lot of bolts and nuts that due there location there is not enough room to get a standard socket or a standard wrench on them and a standard wrench just don’t have enough body to get the pull you need to break them loose. With these crowfoot wrenches they are strong enough I am able to use a breaker bar in the tight spot and get the torque I need to break them loose.

The GearWrench 11-Piece Crowfoot Wrench Set is made from chrome vanadium steel with a polished finish. The sizes are laser etched on each wrench and are easily readable. They are sized for a 3/8” drive ratchet, and range from 3/8” through 1” in 1/16” steps. These are quality crow foot wrenches, and when you have a bolts with limited access they are invaluable.I would definitely recommend these wrenches!

The feet themselves are well made, nicely polished with no rough or sharp edges. Fitement on all the wrenches is great as is the fitment for a 3/ drive extension. It’s a nice looking set that will come in very handy for some of those hard to get into areas.

These crows feet are made of high strength and high quality metal. They are very handy when attempting to loosen or tighten a bolt or nut that is in a difficult place to reach as are many bolts and nuts on autos. Sizes range from 3/8″ to 1″ all 3/8″ drive and are easy to use on a ratchet or a torque wrench. Remember when torqueing with a crows foot installed you need to use at 990 degrees or apply a torque correction factor. I recommend these for people who work on mechanical equipment.

GearWrench SAE Crowfoot Wrench Set (11-Piece) is a specialty set of sockets for a 3/8-inch wrench set. If you use your socket set regularly you’re going to have a situation where you can’t use the socket because something is in the way. This is terribly frustrating and that’s where crowfoot end can be used with the wrench driver instead of a socket. The crowfoot is designed with a low profile and an open end; although, I’ve seen a set with closed ratcheting ends. They come in different styles with the straight open end that this is most common and least expense. You slip it around the fastener through the open end of the wrench. Then attach the wrench or usually with an extension bar to a tool driver so it can spin freely without obstruction. Turn the wrench and it will loosen or tighten the nut. You can also use an open end wrench, but with this setup it gives more room to work. Other style crowfeet do offer more torque, those with a retaining notch or flare ends, but come at a much higher price. These tools are not used often, at least by me, but worth their keep when the need arises. The quality of this set is high, chromed-vanadium and run in sizes from 3/8-inch to 1-inch. The size markings are etched and small, could be larger. The poly storage tray is fine, but bulky and designed more for a draw in a tool chest cabinet rather than a smaller toolbox. I’ll discard the tray and put them on a metal ring in my toolbox. This is a good set to have for the backyard mechanic.

They have a Lifetime Warranty which is always a good thing, but I can’t see that I’ll need to use it.

This GearWrench SAE CROWFOOT WRENCH SET (11-PIECE) is a powerful and useful set. 3/8ths of an inch up to an inch, these 11 pieces are well designed, size stamped on each head, and made of Chrome Vanadium. In a nice carry case, these easy to use, and very practical wrenches allow me access into bolts that I have trouble with straight sockets, and cant get torque on angled sockets.
