I was so excited to receive my 22 piece Metric Combination Wrench Set with Roll. When I opened the box & saw the wrenches they look awesome. They are longer so it will be easier to use & hold. The roll up pouch is nice to keep them stored in. The boxed in part of the wrench is angled so I will be less likely to hurt my hand. The sizes on the wrenches are easy to read. These wrenches are made with quality. Anyone would be proud to have them in their garage or shop. Gearwrench makes some great tools.

These combination wrenches have a substantial feel to them. The size is stamped on both sides of the tool. The wrenches are an extended length to provide extra torque when needed. The pocket organizer provides an effective storage solution. If you are looking for a reasonably priced set of metric wrenches with a limited lifetime warranty, this is a good choice.The tools are made in China.

Really nice set of wrenches. They look great and feel good in your hand. As a guy who worked in Aircraft Maintenance for 40 years, I have turned a few wrenches. In my opinion these are right up there with the best. I like the extended length to give you an opportunity to get to those hard to reach bolts easier and apply a little more torque to the really tight ones. The slight angle of the box end will keep you from banging your knuckles. They fit bolts and nuts with no slop and that is important to keep from rounding fasteners off. Also, it is a complete set. They didn’t leave any out because that size is close to a standard wrench. 11MM is one that is common to be left out of wrench sets. If you are working on a vehicle with metric hardware, you don’t want to have to go looking for that one standard wrench in the middle of the job. They are about the same thickness as most other brands of good quality wrenches.

Good wrenches, poor bag design……………………………………………………………..This is an unbiased review that is unaffected by the fact that I received this product for free. As proof of impartiality, just click on my nickname and see the average of the ratings I have given over 300 reviews to date.I used this set to work on my boat trailer. Now the bolts and nut on this trailer are not metric but are close enough for the large sizes. I had no issues with the wrenches. I do notice that they appear to be cast instead of forged. I am not sure I am a fan of the advertised off-corner loading. I see no real benefit on the open end. It appears to be just a way of making the wrenches cheaper and easier. I notice that feature is used on most low priced versions. However, I can see the point for increased torque. But then again, a rounded off bolt head or nut would result in the same advantage.The storage bag is a bit disappointing. There are just the two straps with which you keep the bag somewhat closed. Better bags have straps with latches that can be adjusted once closed. Also, the bag fails to keep the wrench on the end from falling out. Again, better bags have the straps located to prevent that occurrence. This bag should have two straps, one for the large wrenches and another for the small ones.

If you’re needing a metric set, this set will fit the bill. If you want, you can mount the carrying case on a wall (or pegboard). I like that the sizes are stamped on both the open end and on the shaft. The polished chrome will be easy to clean and maintain. The 15-degree offset on the closed end will provide a good angle to access bolts. The wrenches come with a lifetime warranty. I’d recommend these wrenches.

Gearwrench!! Lets just say that these wrenches have performed above and beyond what I had expected. These are what I would consider a standard length set of Metric wrenches from 6mm-32mm with no sizes skipped which is an awesome thing as most wrench sets skip sizes. They are a new design that incorporates a small groove in both sides of the open end that bites fasteners for a better grip. The are made of a high polish alloy and the only negative I can give is that the sizes aren’t colored in on the side of the wrench, they are just stamped during the forging process. They come in a heavy duty nylon wrench roll with slots for each wrench and that will hold up to plenty of abuse. I am a mechanic by trade and I am very happy with these wrenches and definitely recommend them.

Because of the increased usage of metric hardware in everything from automobiles to golf carts, I got this set of Gearwrench Metric Combination wrenches to have on hand when the need arises. I have used them on my golf cart to install and remove the rear seat arm and foot rests. The set is quite heavy – indication of a lot of high grade steel. The storage roll is handy and rolls up into a smaller package so it’s easier to store in your tool box.

I am really glad I ordered the 22 pc metric wrench set . It is a high quality set of high polished chrome plated wrenches which means there very rust resistant and clean up easy after use . They have all the sizes from 6mm up to 32mm with the exception of 25 & 26mm . The higher the size mm the longer the wrench . I tried a few of the bigger wrenches on a few bolts at the size stated and found a firm fit with plenty of torque to work the bolt . These wrenches will last a long time and come with a wrench roll up pouch to carry them . It also states on the pouch they have a lifetime warranty with claims information on the box they come in .

These wrenches are very good home shop quality tools. They come in a wide selection of sizes from 6mm to 32mm with a couple of exceptions. Both ends of the wrenches I have used have fit with a close tolerance and did not slip off the nut or bolt head I used them on. The handle section of the wrenches is smooth and doesn’t bite into your fingers when pulled on hard. The wrench surfaces are highly polished and defect free. The whole wrench pouch weighs in at just over 35 pounds so it’s a handful. I added my wrenches to my metric wrench tool drawer for my convenience. Even though these wrenches are not drop forged as many other high quality wrenches are I seriously doubt you will ever break one. If you do they are covered by a pretty good manufacturers limited lifetime warranty.

I have unmatched pieces collected over the years but I wanted a good complete set of quality tools and this is perfect (great gift for the DIYer dads!).
