Great set of pliers. Use these often for a lot of electrical work I’m doing on my sailboat. These are high quality and a good size and weight. The long nose is especially handy when grabbing and moving small wires in a confined space that is difficult to fit my hand into. The pliers have some built in grip to easily hold wires. The cutter is sharp and easy to use. Highly recommend!

These GearWrench 8” Long Nose Pliers are well designed and well made. The handles are coated with a comfortable, nonslip surface. The fit and finish are flawless. Opening and closing are quick and easy. The pliers close perfectly and without gaps between the jaws like many other long nose pliers display. The cutters are sharp and cut through smaller wires easily enough. Cutting 1/8” wire rope did not present a challenge. These GearWrench 8” Long Nose Pliers would be perfect for making the usual repairs around the house and for working with some of my hobbies but I think I’m going to reserve this set of GearWrench Long Nose Pliers for loosening the screws on my rotisserie when removing cooked chickens and roasts. I think I will purchase another pair of these for work around the house. I have had good luck with other GearWrench products that I have purchased from Home Depot and am developing a loyalty to this brand.

I have needle nose pliers however it is always nice to have a longer pair. It seems that when something goes wrong you never have the proper tool or longer needle nose. With this pair I will not have any problems. It is a great tool to have in the tool box, the feature that stands out is it’s longer nose. There is nothing that I do not like about this tool plus I will recommend to anyone who may ask. it meets all expectations

These long nose pliers are a great addition to any toolbox! They are easy and comfortable to use, and have nice rubber grips. They are well-constructed and sturdy–should last for years and years. They are also versatile, with side cutters that are very handy, and the long nose allows for reaching into tight spaces and also doing precision work. I would definitely buy these pliers again.
