SAE Socket Tray Set (3-Piece) Cool, now I get to organized some of my sockets instead of having them all bunched up in a tool box. The old metal socket holder was good for awhile, just got harder to wrestle with the socket trying to remove it from its hold. This form of socket organizer/holder is much bettter for me. It also has the socket size imprinted on the tip which is a great convenience for a quick find or if you are working with someone its easy for them to help you. Definitely recommend the new socket tray.

This 3 Piece Socket Tray Set is just the incentive I needed to continue getting organized. Now that I am retired, I can spend more time on neatness and “staging” my tools for occasional use, which includes moving loose sockets from the bottom of my tool box to the individual organizers. These trays are made of plastic, so they probably would not do well at the bottom of the tool box, but they are a nice fit for a drawer in my roll-away tool chest.

Heavy Duty Quality! Nice tray with everything that you need to help with organizing your spot for tools. What I did is I zip tied the trays down to my shelve so that they don’t move and they stay fixed and sturdy. I think that I would of given it 5 stars if it had something original to fasten it down permanently. However, don’t get me wrong… The tray is big enough and long enough for any flat surface. This is just what I had to work with and I had to make it work. I love the fact that each slot has a nice and sturdy pin that is marked with the proper size of socket. The pin is strong enough that it will stand the test of time as long as you don’t take a hammer to it. Overall this is an awesome organizational piece. Just in time for spring cleaning the garage and getting better organized. Another wish would be that it would be nice if they came in different colors.
