Nice set of wrenches, they have some weight to them. grip feels great, chrome wrenches , open end wrench and flex head that comes in handy, a lock is near the flex head that “locks” in the flex head to make it rigid and will stay put until you release the locking mechanism. Made in Taiwan , but you’d swear they were made in USA because of their craftsmanship and design. These will make a great addition to my tool set. The flex head is a must to get to those hard to tighten or loosen nuts and bolt heads that always seem to be at an angle to get to them. This set will do that. The pouch is very heavy duty plastic and can be unrolled and put up on a pegboard or attached to a wall. Heavy duty grommets to hold the wrenches in place .Comes in sizes from 8 mm to 19 mm metric . One thing I noticed is they say the set is 12 pieces, which by another manufacturer would count pouch as one of the pieces.. This set has actually 12 pieces PLUS a carrying pouch. Very well made and sturdy. The set weights 5 pounds which you an idea how well they are made. Lifetime warranty .I highly recommend this set and the polished chrome finish gives it a great an expensive look.

Very nice heavy extra long wrench set from GearWrench. I have been using GearWrench products professionally for years. This set is great quality with a lifetime warranty. Nice features with 180 deg swivel heads, a knurled edge for touch directional indication and arrows for visual directional indication. The ratchet drive surfaces have the usual GW specs with the “Surface Drive” and a 5 deg swing per click. I’ve found over the years that this really helps in tight areas and if the nuts or bolts are somewhat worn. The “Surface Drive” just seems to bite better. Another nice feature is the locking swivel heads. If you’ve ever needed the position of the box head to stay put you will really appreciate the easy lock button which has 13 positions but you can release it and let it go anywhere in 180 degs. Nice tool roll and a complete set of sizes from 8mm to 19mm.

This set of flexible head ratcheting wrenches are a nice addition to my tool collection. The set comes 12 wrenches ranging from the smallest 8mm all the way up to 19mm at the largest end. The wrenches come with a nice roll-up carrying pouch that helps them store nicely yet easy to identify and access when unrolled. The chrome plating is uniform and high-quality, and the robust locking tab for the flexible head works smoothly and securely. The smooth 5 degree points of engagement are noticeable when using in tight confined spaces where you barely have room to turn a wrench. I found these very handy when working on the rear suspension of my SUV and trying to change the struts where clearance and space are both an issue, and using the flexible head is a must. Overall, this a terrific set or wrenches that should be in everyone’s tool collection. They come with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.

This is a complete metric set of flex-head and ratcheting wrenches. They come in a nice roll that would be nicer if the strap had velcro. It ties. But it is heavy material and will last. The wrenches are large, well polished, and well marked. The handle movement to get the next gear is small. The mechanism seems a little use but it probably will not affect their function. I have the non-flex head ones too and they are noticably tighter in the mechanism. The flex head part moves with very little pressure. The sizes are 8mm to 19mm – full set.

Fantastic set, where I will use these the most is for tight spots with a long bolt where my deep wall sockets won’t work. The ability to angle the head and lock it in place or allow it to move is a great feature. Sometimes when working in the engine compartment of the car I need it to swivel as I work around obstructions other times I need the end to stay in place because it is down deep inside the compartment in one of those tough spots. If you do work on today’s cars, you will know what I am taking about. The extra long length comes in handy as well, great to get extra leverage when needed. The case is nice to have although a big improvement would be to have a velcro strap instead of just tying it. The wrenches are well polished and look good not to mention they are easy to read.

High quality set of ratcheting wrenches. I have never had a ratcheting box end wrenches before but have found them very useful and fit into spots where a typical ratchet and socket won’t fit. With the flex end, the wrench becomes even more useful. he smallest, 8mm, wrench is about 6″ long where as the largetst 19mm is about 11″. The ratchet mechanism feels really study and doesn’t give me any concern it is going to break when torquing on it. As with the ratchet, the flex function feels sturdy and and long lasting.

I wish I had these metric combination wrenches years ago. I do a lot of mechanic work on cars and motorcycles over the years that require metric wrenches. These wrenches are solidly made allowing you to put plenty of leverage on the tightest nuts and bolts without slipping off. The ratcheting mechanism allows for you to use the ratchet part of wrench in the smallest of places where you are limited on the amount of space you can turn. The locking positions are very solidly built to prevent the box end of wrench from slipping out of the locked position.

This 12-piece set of GearWrench flex-head, ratcheting, combination wrenches are very nice and come in handy for some hard to reach places. The fit and finish is first rate. They lock solidly in place without any wobble in all of the 13 locking positions. The chrome finish makes cleanup easy…oil and grease wipe right off.Hold the wrench one way to loosen nuts, flip it over to tighten. The angle of the ratcheting head locks in place with a slider switch. The other end of the wrench is an open end style head. Lots of versatility in this set. The set is kept neatly in place with a sturdy canvas/plastic pouch. The larger size wrenches are nice and long so you can really get some leverage on stubborn nuts/bolts.My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is the body of the wrenches is very thin. Doesn’t give you a lot to hang on to. I know the thin profile is meant to make them easier to fit in tight places but they’re just a little to thin for my liking.Other than that this is a great wrench set.

I really like the flex head on these wrenches. The gears on the heads are with enough teeth that you can use them with short pulls without having to reset the wrench. Excellent quality and the pouch makes it easy to store and keep them organized. The thing that bothered me is they are metric! When I ordered them there was no mention of metric. Wish they were SAE.
