Metric 5 Piece Ratcheting Wrench Set. Includes size: 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm & 15mm. Good for tight spots since you only need a small amount of wrench rotation to rotate the bolt. Nice chrome finish. Fits tightly on bolt head and is long enough to get some leverage. Just turn the wrench over to go from tightening to loosening. Thickness of head and width of handle increases as the size increases. “Lifetime Warranty” is not the same as some other Lifetime Warranties where you can bring a tool back with no questions asked. This one states no abuse and must be used properly. Repaired or replaced at the discretion of Apex.

I’ve been a dedicated DIYer and tool nut for most of my 65 years. Over the years, I’ve accumulated dozens of wrenches, socket sets, and the like, and while pursuing my hobby of restoring British sports cars of the 50’s and 60’s, I put them all through their paces. Somehow, though, I never acquired a ratcheting set of box wrenches such as these. Now that I have them, I wish I’d gotten them years ago. This design gives you the ratcheting advantage of a socket wrench in tight areas where a traditional socket just won’t fit, particularly common when working on old engines. This particular brand appears to be well-made and heavy-duty, and the 5 piece kit contains the most commonly used wrench sizes. I’ve only had them for a week now but thus far they’ve performed perfectly. I think I’ll be using these for years to come – highly recommended!

Overall, this is a nice metric wrench at a price point that is in line.My observations:• They are 12 point.• They have 5 degrees of sweep needed to start moving the wrench. This is good.• The wrench has 72 teeth which creates the 5 degrees of sweep to start the wrenching.• Most common sizes included. 10 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm• The chrome polish is a good quality.• Does not have a reversible lever, however just turn the turn the wrench to the other side to reverse. • The font is clear and large enough to read even for aging eyes.• It’s easy to hold with normal ergonomics for a combination wrench.• Does not include any type of holder for the wrenches. I sure like it when there are some holders/organizers included.• Standard lifetime warranty.I’ve seen over the years that ratcheting combination wrenches can come at a high cost. At this price point and level of quality I feel like this is a good choice that should last for decades with normal use. I recommend.

A set just right for a homeowner or tradesman not needing to carry a full set of wrenches as this one is for the most commonly sized nuts and bolts in metric sizes. The set includes a metric combination ratcheting and open ended wrenches in 10 mm, 12 mm, 13 mm, 14 mm, 15 mm. Ratcheting end needs as little as 5° to move fasteners 30° for standard wrenches when tackling off-corner loading in tight situations as well as better grip and reduced fastener rounding.

GrearWrench 93004D 5 piece ratcheting combination wrench set has a bright polished chrome finish. The ratchets needs as little as 5 degrees swing to move your fastener. The top of the ratchet head is slim so you can drop it into tighter spaces. If you look closely at the Surface Drive mechanism you can see the angles provided to grasp the fastener securely and greatly reduce the chance you will round it, which is easy to do on a stubborn one. They have a great feel to them. The set includes 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, and 15m combination wrenches. They carry a lifetime warranty. I think GrearWrench invented this type wrench. In the photos I try and show how tightly the fastener is grasped by the wrench. This exceeds anything I have owned before..These are excellent tools.

This is a very nice wrench set. I especially like the fine ratchet (5 degrees), which allows me to use it in very tight spaces where I otherwise couldn’t.The finish is good, and it has a good range of sizes, although I would have liked to have had one size smaller for some of the things I work on.I got both the metric and SAE sets to cover all my needs.

Sweet wrench set! Straight design with open-end and micro-ratchet, my favorite sizes, from 10mm to 15mm.Smooth hard finish. 12-point sockets grip the hex corners securely. Flip-over to screw or un-screw. Length is good for tight places. The micro-ratchet design lets you slowly work-off a nut in a bad place where you can hardly get a swing. Of course if you have swing you can spin a nut off far faster than an open-end wrench, and in places where a conventional socket won’t work. The end-wrench end is still handy for jobs where a round-wrench won’t go, like door-sag rods with lock-nuts. These take top place in my tool-box!

The value is good for the brand name. However, the quality (control) does not meet the expectation for the brand. The gear in 14mm is not smooth. The handle of 15mm is warped, with 15-20 degree up if leaving either end completely flat, somewhat similar to the 15-degree offset in the middle. I don’t use quite often 15mm. Still a good value set.

This set of wrenches is very durable. I definitely love this set. It comes with your most common sizes and the added ratcheting feature. The finish is very smooth and the design very ergonomical. I enjoy the feel and weight of these tools. Working with them is very easy. I have always been a fan of gear wrench and this set keeps their high standard.
