Reversible Combination Ratcheting Wrench allows ratcheting of nuts and bolts without removing wrench from fastener, making jobs faster and easier. Ratcheting speed with the access of an open end wrench. Ratcheting box end needs as little as 5° to move fasteners versus 30° for standard box end wrenches. Up to 25% more torque with less fastener rounding.
- Ratcheting speed with the access of an open end wrench
- Compact reversing lever – no need to remove from fastener to change direction
- Surface drive design nearly eliminates fastener rounding
- 15% off-set provides additional knuckle clearance

This is the cutest little ratchet I’ve ever seen. I think it’s small enough to fit those hard to reach screws and bolts. The combination makes its a better tool to use for something that small. I’m not sure when I will need it but when I do I will be super happy for the automatic combination side of this tool. Easy to store. Looks and feels well made

I SEEM TO USE A 9 MM AND A 10 MM WRENCH A LOT WHEN WORKING ON MY DAUGHTERS AUTO INTERIOR DOORS. THIS RATCHET SAVES A LOT TIME AND KNUCKLE BUSTING BY JUST MOVING THE LEVER TO REVERSE TURN IN HARD TO GET AREAS. THE WRENCH IS WELL MADE WITH A HARD COATING OF CHROME. THIS RATCHETING WRENCH IS GOING TO MAKE A LOT EASIER TO DO WORK REQUIRING A 9MM WRENCH.

As this was the only size available, I got it. I had to really search for a nut to use this on but I found one and it worked great. The wrench seems very sturdy, even the ratcheting part. I think that after using the one wrench, I would look to replace all my wrenches with this type, especially considering the cost of a single wrench compared to a whole set. The ratcheting side is easy to control with one finger and it does not have much slack in the ratchet which is good.

GearWrench is a new brand (to me) but the quality is very good. A little research shows the product is a brand of Apex Tools and originated back in 1920 as KD Tools. I have respect for KD Tools and I am expecting the innovation and quality of GearWrench tools to continue that great lineage. The bright chrome finish looks great and acts to protect the tool from corrosion. All the outer edges are nicely smoothed and the tool does not cut into the hand. Stamped markings are clear and easy to read whichever way up the wrench is. The quality of the fit is spot on and the ratchet moves with ease, even in restricted areas. The reverse control protrudes sufficiently to be found and used easily but is still flush with the wrench. I did notice that when switching the reverse control from anti-clockwise to clockwise the gear had to be moving but that did not apply when moving in the other direction. That is not a big deal for me though.

9mm combination wrench with ratchet actionGreat wrench perfect for confine spaces. I’d buy it again if I ever lost this one, but it feels sturdy enough that I don’t think I’ll ever need to buy it again because it broke. I only got the 9mm because my wrench set didn’t have one in that size. Now I want to replace all of my combination wrenches with wrenches like this one. Really good quality with life time warranty, you can’t get better.

Great product. The vendors should make an effort to maintain an inventory of all sizes readily available at the stores.

Seems like a good quality wrench. Well built and has a ratcheting end. Has a latch that allows you to reverse the ratcheting. Has a little bend to it so it fits in easy to reach places. I have never heard of Gear Wrench but seems like they make good quality wrenches. They have a lifetime warranty on their tools. From their website: GearWrench® tools are warranted for Life to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Kind of confusing.

Perfect for that nut on a long bolt in an awkward location. I have a set of truck bed racks on my truck and they use 9mm nuts in a number of spots. From time to Time I like to insure they are right or move things around. Having this tucked away in my glovebox makes life so much easier. The ratcheting end of the wrench has a switch to change directions. This is a great benefit as other ratcheting wrenches I have require you to flip them over if you need to change directions. The wrench is just long enough to give good leverage to crank down on a stick nut. And it is well made such that I don’t feel like I will bend it or have other structural concerns.

This is a solid tool with a lifetime warranty. What more could anyone ask for with something as simple and easy to use as this? The ratcheting function is a very nice added benefit and something I wish all of my wrenches had at times. I’ve not come across many situations where a 9mm wrench was needed since it’s an odd ball size in my opinion, but I’m sure it will come in handy some day.
