Each easy-to-use set includes a hardened steel whole cutter, a matched mandrel/anvil pair, a hardwood backer block and an assortment of grommets, sizes (1/2 in. and 3/8 in.) as well as the option to purchase additional grommets.
- Used to repair canvas, tarpaulins, tents, awnings, sail cloth, lawn furniture and pool covers
- Contains grommets with hole cutter and hardwood backer block, hardened mandrel and anvil
- Setting tool and anvil are coded with lines for each individual size grommet
- Includes 6 each #2 (3/8 in.) and #4 (1/2 in.) solid brass grommets

I bought this kit to put additional grommets in an air conditioner cover. It works great, but you need to install on a solid surface. I used the concrete floor in the garage. Also I first used a rubber mallet to drive the hole cutter and this didn’t work well. I then used a steel hammer.
