Bought this to get accurate angles for cutting miter joints on crown molding and floor trim on a project in an older house where the walls were, in a number of cases, not true.Overall, the tool has performed as advertised without any problems. The reverse angle feature allows measurements of interior and exterior angles without the need to do any calculations.

Device works as advertised, measures angles to .1 degree accuracy. It has an auto shut off feature that preserves battery life. This is good and bad. The good is that it preserves battery life. The bad is that whenever it shuts off, it forgets what the reading was when it shut off. (That is why only 4 stars)You need to “zero” the device and reset the angle. A little irritating, but not a big issue.
