I purchased this to help install base moulding around a built in desk. It has been helpful. I will be installing some vinyl plank flooring soon. Again, this will be handy to have around for angled cuts around doors, and moulding. I chose this model because it maintained the shape when moving it around for cuts. I didn’t have to tighten any screws, etc.. It has magnets on the back for hanging.
