Glacier Bay Faucet, have been a fixture in this home for as long as we remember. This pull down sprayer, one handle valve is a great Value and Quality. I read some reviews from season installers and fail to see the problem, which was the hose going back into the spout. Now the weight is not there to pull the hose back in all by itself, you need to glide it. I have installed many of these now and the one greatest problem is the plumbing and if you can see it in my pictures the center of the sink is inline with the drain. Now, first we make sure all other lines are pulled away so the weight fall freely and it keeps the hose twisting. I put a cardboard box I trimmed and tied to the plumbing drain, as there’s a clean out just above the bottom of the loop were the weight/hose would hang just a bit. With the cardboard edge running all the way up and down it glides over it. DETAILS, overlook them and in most cases your end up at some point returning to fix something. Now, we used the three hole bottom plate for now, till after the new sink goes in. A little touch of an easily removed sealer to prevent water leakage under the plate ( plumber’s putty) and the faucet slipped right in and the finger plate, rubber, them the nut and it was in faster then the time it took to get under the sink. It did take a few to put the hose back down the spout, not a straight shot, but most of it is that the hoses is rolled in the box, so a little turn here and there and it soon slips down. You can also take the upper section of the spout off and it’s a straighter shot, just make sure the hose goes though that section before you push it down though.Again, look at your details for your sink, what it can or could hang up on and pull the other lines to the side. I’ve had under sinks where nothings in the center, it’s all to the side, to where the drain is centered, water on each side or waters all on one side or the other. You may see all of it in the pictures, but the outside faucets lines and valve (shutoffs) is there, the dishwasher line, valve and drain hose and the icemaker with a valve all along with the sinks water and drain, don’t forget the disposal, we are loaded. One last thing I have always found helpful, is the put the weight just, maybe an inch max up on the side that goes to the faucet this way there’s a little weight hangs on the hose pulling down just a touch.

It’s a nice pull down faucet. It has a nice style to it too.

This is a mid-grade faucet that looks great but does not have the water pressure needed for efficiency. Filling a bucket or the sink basin takes too long; stream needs to be stronger to rinse heavy crud off dishes. OK if price is the main concern; otherwise there are better choices out there.

I would have rather had a replacement for my older faucet. So much for your life time granite. Once I got the old one out I repaired it and gave to Goodwill.

Fit perfectly in my 27″ 60/40 sink.

Very easy to install, though the hot/cold water supply hoses are strictly intended for connections to the back wall, and not from the floor. Looks great, and functions beautifully!

We just had it installed, water flow is amazing. Our installer said it was a great value.

This is a heavy faucet that appears to be well-made. The valve functions smoothly and feels like it will last without leaking. The faucet IS large, but allows for room between the sink and the faucet and we like that. Installation was pretty quick and painless – I had more problems in removing the old faucet than in installing this one. My only negative comment is that the faucet only has one anchor point – in the middle – and when using the base plate for a 3-hole sink, the faucet doesn’t “feel” as stabile as I would like.

Looks good and work ok, turn the faucet left or right and the head falls off. Cut my water pressure about 50%

Product is exactly what I needed. Install is easy with the right tools. You definitely need a basin wrench for this.

just installed a couple days ago. not sure yet why it does not come with the base plate plastic anchors for the extra holes in your older sink. I think it needs them, will go look for some to steady it or remove the base plate altogether. I guess I had misplaced my instructions, did not know the flange was not to be used with the base plate, so I have to take it back apart to remove that or remove the base plate too, I haven’t decided on that yet. but love the faucet so far and I got it on sale like $50 off.

Looks nice but is a bit flimsy and wobbly. Installation below the sink was easy, seating the upper portion was sketchy, and the reason for its flimsy nature. Wish we could “set” the spray function as default, but not the case. It’s serving its function and better than what we replaced.

love it, sleek light weight

This product was good value for the money. It looks good and it works perfectly. The sprayer is long enough to clean the sink unlike other faucets I looked at. I had a plumber friend install this so I can’t comment on the installation but he did not have any issues.

The Ginger Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet is nicely designed and well built. Installation is straight forward, about a half hour start to finish. Brushed Nickel finish is a nice complement to a stainless steel sink. The only shortcoming I found, is a slight loss of pressure, compared to a traditional faucet.
