Updating our kitchen sink was easy and economical by purchasing the new faucet. The sprayer is simple to use and perfect for the sink. My only wish is that the sprayer would be more securely locked-in as when I wish to turn the faucet from side-to-side, I need to grab hold the main section rather than the sprayer section. Other than that, the faucet is great.

The pivot action of the neck and the water temp/flow control lever are smooth. The sprayer has a wide pattern but somewhat low pressure; it’s also weighted to retract into the neck when it’s released. Overall, a solid, mid-range faucet in an organic, contemporary style.

This is an absolutely gorgeous faucet on the outside, very modern looking. Although, like some of the other comments, I seemed to have had the same issues after installation:The baseplate and mounting hardware needs to be redesigned. A “flimsy” unsecure mount feeling is experienced by the user even after super tightening the faucet to the sink.My water pressure seems to have dropped 25 – 35 percent, especially when using the sprayer feature.Pull-out sprayer lags and feels loose when returning it back into the faucet neck base.I think with a few design improvements-this could be a better product.

The hard part was removing the old faucet. The installation of this new faucet was very simple & easy. I already had 1/2″ female pipe thread hoses, from my old faucet, that fit the 1/2″ male pipe thread ends to the new faucet’s water lines. I rapped the water pipe fittings with Teflon tape, always a good idea with pipe connections. A nice improvement over other sprayer faucets I’ve installed, is the “quick connect assembly”, that allowed me to simply snap together the sprayer hose onto it’s pipe. Anything that makes installation easier, when your under the sink, is appreciated. The faucet is beautiful. It easily moves from right to left. The sprayer is conveniently located in the faucet head, to pull out & spray the sink, when needed. The only issues I had were: 1) Although it was shown in the directions,the weight that attaches to the sprayer line for retraction, was not included in the package; 2) The installation directions did not spell out removal of the “Flange” (collar), when using the “Escutcheon”.

The extendable faucet is curved more than necessary and makes it difficult to use effectively. The intake hoses were to short and I had to buy a special adaptor and another hose to make it fit. My sink is at a normal height.
