This is one beautiful faucet! The two handles are great. The spray is different from my old one, but it is fine. The faucet has plenty of water pressure. Reason for only 4 stars. The soap dispenser. Under the sink to add.Can I make an appt. with the person who designed this to add soap? Terrible!

Since I’d never replaced a faucet before, I wanted to make sure I understood all the instructions before attempting to install. The owner’s manual has illustrations but they are too small to be worth anything. I downloaded the .pdf version and was able to enlarge the images to get a better understanding. As far as the soap dispenser being able to be opened from the top to refill; I’m not sure why there is no detailed image or specific breakdown of the entire pump so customers would know what is meant by the head of the dispenser.

Its pretty. But I’m not as crazy about it as I thought I would be. The pull out sprayer does not retract into place. It just hangs there like a saggy boob and the spray is really week. There is not much spray pressure at all. The button that you have to push for spray action has to be pushed pretty hard to stop the spray. It’s pretty.

I hired a plumber to install my faucet, and it seemed relatively simple. He had no difficulty installingI like the stainless steel finish, and the swivel nozzle is great. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because how low the faucet head is in relation to the bottom of sink.

Looks beautiful. Love the height and the spray. Soap dispenser has a problem. It cannot be refilled from the top, and I can’t crawl under and to the back of the sink cabinet to refill. If there is a way to refill from the top, please let me know and it needs to be printed in the directions.

It looks real nice it works OK but the little rubber piece that goes over the buttons that make it either flow or spray keeps falling off from day one very very annoying for a new piece of equipment. I keep putting it on but I imagine one day it’s just going to fall off and go right down the drain and that will be the end of it. I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation and I don’t need to be running back-and-forth to the store returning stuff because it’s not of good quality. It’s just annoying

Major issue with the hose from the faucet to the handle stems. The faucet is a fixed set up, so the fact that the hose length (that can’t be modified without purchasing additional materials) isn’t a length that actually fits the faucet is ridiculous. As is, it kinks in a way that causes the water flow to decrease to maybe half flow! It’s such a pretty faucet in design, it’s a shame that this is what you have to deal with in function.

The faucet is attractive and works well. There is, however, one design flaw. In order to refill the soap dispenser container, you have to get under the sink, unscrew it, fill it and then get back under the sink to reattach it. How could the manufacturer not seen this as an annoying drawback? I remedied the problem by buying clear, flexible tubing of the correct width, attaching it to the tubing in the soap dispenser and hooking it up to a large container of dishwashing liquid. It works well and the original container is being re-purposed.
