Cleaning prior to using the product wasn’t easy, no explanation how. Operator manual is pretty much useless, if you don’t know what those little pictures mean.Overall good quality, we really like it.

The pump is noisier that the previous unit we had, but it works well. The adjustable draw tube insures that the bottle is nearly empty when it is time to replace it. The cold water is very cold and the hot water feature is a nice to have for making instant items.
