I bought this same exact unit around 3½ years ago and it finally gave out (stopped making cold water). I liked all of it’s features and appearance so much that I couldn’t help but buy it again. Not sure if 3½ years is a long life for these types of water coolers but considering it was working 1150+ days straight with not one issue, it seems pretty darn good to me!

Opened the box and machine was dented. It chills water fine but makes a lot of noise every 10 minutes or so to keep water chilled and the blue light is quite bright. It’s not possible to turn off the blue light. Hot water takes time to heat up. After filling up a cup it’s loud when it sucks in more water too

The Glacier Bay bottom load water dispenser is a good design, it’s easy to load and great for dispensing hot and cold water.I had a problem with the cold water feature which stopped making the water cold so I called customer service. After trouble shooting did not work, they promptly gave me a refund to purchase another dispenser. Very pleased with the customer service.

This replaces an old Frigidaire unit in our office. We go through 2 or 3 big 5 gallon bottles per week as we use water from this to fill both our ice and Keurig machines.Pros: lots of room to fill tall water bottles; cooling heating work fine. Love the bright lights for cold, hot, and especially EMPTY BOTTLE!Cons: water uptake is extremely noisy; hot water delay (3 minutes) is kind of long – and a pain if you don’t remember to push the button ahead of time as it will dispense tap water from the hot water section if you forget.
