   We have had this a few months.This was easy to install where I had an existing bottleless cooler. It does need a drain. It can be installed without one but then the reverse osmosis filter cannot be used. The water tastes very clean both with and without using the reverse osmosis filter. The accompanying instructions were just ok. I found an online video from the Blueline company much more useful

   I purchased this for our office to replace a unit we had under contract (we will be money ahead after 7 months!). This is a very basic unit, but does what it needs to do-dispense really cold, good tasting water (we are in an old factory, so that says a lot!). I will also say that you get a very limited amount of the hot water, although the water temperature is very hot. That is probably the only down side to this machine.

   We recently installed the unit for a customer. We will wait and see how it performs over time. Although the customer wanted a unit with the exterior in stainless steel, the gray was about the only affordable option.

   Global Water filters have always worked well with our Bluline Global Water G3 water filter system that we have owned for a couple of years and it certainly makes a difference in how your water tastes. I’ve always purchased Global Water filters not wanting to skimp on quality when it comes to drinking water. I referred my father-in-law to Global Water and he now owns his own water filter system too and only buys genuine Global Water water filters.Our city – Houston – was struck by a hurricane and we are still in the process of recovering. I was concerned about Boiled Water Advisories, so I called them and asked them if we had to boil our water to eliminate bacteria and viruses instead of use the water filter. They said that we would not have to boil water because the RO system cleans out these contaminants. She then said she would be sending us a free water filter set to change out the water filter set we have now once the crisis was over, instead of having to wait until they were 6 months old (which is the recommended time to replace the water filters under normal conditions). This would provide added assurance that we always continued to drink clean filtered water.This is such a moving gesture in our city’s time of loss that I couldn’t help but feel such overwhelming gratitude and the need to share this. Bluline Global Water systems are more expensive complete water filter systems, but after extensive research found that they were the best choice and I didn’t think twice about making the purchase because of how important healthy water is. Now after this gesture, I know that they’re also the best kind of people. What more could you ask for in a product you buy?

   Just installed the unit and we are enjoying some seriously hot water! The unit had a damaged membrane (holds final stage RO filter) cover upon receiving it, however, I called Blueline direct and they were very responsive. I had the part 2 days later!
